  I walked in to get my glasses that I bought from the place a week ago adjusted because it kept sliding down my face, and when I walked in I was standing, visibly, and no one acknowledged me. 15 minutes goes by and then someone asked me what did I need. They when I told them I was coming to get my glasses adjusted they said give us a moment and took a customer who said they are coming to buy glasses. I guess they only help you when you are giving them a sale. I recommend you go somewhere else to get your glasses. Their customer service skills suck.
