  Based on google maps, there looks to be construction going on right next to the hotel. So common sense dictates to ask the hotel if the construction is complete. On calling then directly, a simple question couldn't get answered by the Henri Alexander who seemed more interested in the number of days we were planning to spend there. Additionally, he is physically at the hotel and not some offsite spot, so this is a question that can be answered. 5 minutes of "waiting for the manager", of course there is no manager to be found. Perhaps Hilton needs to spend some time training these folks.
