  Went in there 1/16, had appt with Reagan and Regina. I was in obvious EXTREME pain with a crutch, as I have a possible broken hip I have been dealing with it for a few days now. Regina mentioned they do x-rays here and to go back out to the front window when I go to leave to see if they can schedule me. So I did. The lady in the left window at first said she wasn't sure she could schedule me and may have to do it another day. She asked about the problem, I told her about it being a possibly broken hip, then she said take a seat and someone would see me shortly.
  
  I waited from 9AM till 11AM (been there since 7:15 counting earlier appts) going from sitting to standing to sitting multiple times making numerous noises in pain in the waiting room during this time. Finally I go back to the window to ask if there is any idea how much longer I should have to wait because I am going to die in pain out here. She looks it up, I hear her mumbling uh oh a few times, and then she tells me she scheduled it for the wrong day and they can't see me today. What??? I tell her she must be kidding, I have waited over 2 hours out here in extreme pain. She looks again and says she MIGHT can fit me in at 3:00PM. So I am supposed to wait out here for another 4 hours to MAYBE get an x-ray?? I told her forget it as I turn to leave. She says loudly "So does that mean you don't want to get treated sir?" Well if I end up killing myself know that you helped push me over that ledge I have been teetering on Miss No-Compassion-Lady-at-the-left-Window of JC Lewis Clinic...
