  It’s the best overall workout I have ever done. I like that it is something different everyday so you don’t get bored or complacent. I have been going steadily for over a year and my butt is still kicked, my whole body is still sore, I’ve seen the best results in my body, and they keep working to add new things. My friends say I should work here because I talk about it so passionately. The coaches and staff are the best and you won't regret trying this workout!

  I like how the coaches take time to get to know you, and how they push you to your limits to become a better version of yourself. The workouts are challenging but having the support of the coaches make you want to go all out during the entire workout. I’ve visited other locations and none compare to the Savannah location. They really need to share what they’re doing so right with other locations. I would highly recommend this location to everyone. Pooler, you have some BIG shoes to fill.
