  Had temporary filling procedure performed in Aug. Temporary filling fell out in Nov. So I called to see if I needed to get temporary filled or should I wait until after I had my daughter in Dec to get the crown(permanent replacement). They told me to come in and they will look at it. Next thing you know I am paying $125 out of pocket expense for it when originally so paid $30. I didn't understand the why there was a difference in cost, so they said because my insurance wasn't gonna cover a certain amount of the expense. But when I looked at the receipt they hadn't even sent the info to my insurance company. So I decided to call the insurance company to get clarification. The dentist got very upset and said she was doing my a favor because she knows they are not going to pay for it and she didn't even have to send my claim to my insurance. I stated to her, "well what person do you know just pays a bill when they don't understand the charges",she goes to state"all my customers do". Well I am sorry, but I don't just go throwing money away just because! Me questioning the charges made her so upset she said "don't worry about,I'll just bill you and go find another dentist". That is absolutely NO PROBLEM....not only was I going to pay it, just wanted to know what I was paying and my insurance was paying, your blatant disrespect and unprofessionalism was absolutely uncalled for and if you are not in the business of answering customers questions then you shouldn't have a business!
