  Orderd a cab the day before to arrive at noon. Received text it was on the way at 11:45am. Received update at 12:10 pm changing the driver and again at 12:28 pm. 12:40 pm and several calls later to the office where they said they didn't kow what to do I cancelled the cab. Terrible experience. No wonder Uber and Lyft are so popular!
